مشکل در به هم ریختگی قالب

با سلام قالب من مشکلی نداره کار میکنه ولی وقتی مطلب میذارم مطالب به هم میریزه به طرز شکل زیر خودتون هم نگا کنید ببیند مشکلش چیه.
